Vegetable Lo Mein image

Find a veggie dish that even the meat lovers will go wild for with this tasty Vegetable Lo Mein recipe. With sesame dressing, soy sauce and cooked spaghetti noodles, this Vegetable Lo Mein will be the hit of the table!

1/2 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup slivered red onions
2 cups small broccoli florets
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked

Steps:

  • Bring first 4 ingredients to boil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Add broccoli, water and soy sauce; mix lightly. Cover; return to boil on medium heat. Simmer 5 min.
  • Stir in spaghetti; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
