Turmeric Sun Dressing image

Quick. A bit different. Wonderful tang. Excellent for so many salads. Great as anti-inflammatory for what ails ya too.Can use on basting chicken too. Can add more avocado to make a bit thicker.

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ avocado, peeled and pitted
1 lemons, zested and juiced
1 tablespoon ground turmeric
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Himalayan salt to taste

Steps:

  • Blend olive oil, avocado, lemon zest, lemon juice, turmeric, honey, garlic, and salt together on high until smooth.
