TURKEY TORTILLA SPIRALS image

3/4 lb. thinly sliced deli turkey
6 flour tortillas (8")...can used spinach/herb wrap tortillas, which are larger.
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese (2 pkgs. if you use the big wraps).
6 T. finely chopped pecans
1 can (16 oz.) whole-berry cranberry sauce (the recipe calls for it to be divided but you can use all of one can in the wraps and purchase 2 cans if you want to divide it).
1/4 C. chopped celery
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Spread layer of cream cheese on each tortilla. Place turkey on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Spread each with 2 T. of cranberry sauce. Roll-up jelly roll style; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for an hour or until firm. Just before serving, cut each roll into six or more pieces. In a small bowl, combine the celery, onions and remaining cranberry sauce. Serve with tortilla spirals.
