Turkey Stroganoff Skillet Supper image

14 ounces chicken broth
12 ounces turkey gravy
2 cups egg noodles
1 cups carrots
1 cups peas
0.5 cups sour cream
0.125 teaspoons ground nutmeg
0.125 teaspoons pepper
2 cups turkey

Steps:

  • 1) In 10-inch skillet, mix broth and gravy until well blended. Heat to boiling. Stir in noodles, carrots, peas, sour cream, nutmeg and pepper. Return to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  • 2) Stir in turkey. Cook about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles and vegetables are tender.
