Steps:
- Heat gas or charcoal grill. Place bratwurst on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until bratwurst are no longer pink in center. During last 1 to 2 minutes of cooking time, place buns, cut sides down, on grill; cook until lightly toasted.
- Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on each bun bottom. Top each with bratwurst and 1/4 cup cabbage salad; cover with bun tops.
