Steps:
- In sauce pan melt butter. Blend in flour and curry powder to form a smooth paste. Stir in milk gradually. Add bouillon cube and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
- Add cheddar cheese and tuna; continue cooking until cheese has melted. Add butter and parsley to hot rice; toss lightly until well mixed. Spoon rice in a ring around edge of serving platter. Fill center with hot tuna mixture. Garnish with parsley if desired.
