Steps:
- Place one chicken breast on the center of each piece of foil. Top with green onions, pineapple and green pepper. Combine Teriyaki sauce, brown sugar and ginger; spoon over chicken and vegetables. Fold foil to seal packets but leave room for heat inside to circulate. Bake in 450 degree oven on a cookie sheet for 18 to 22 minutes, or 14 to 16 in a medium-high covered grill. Serve over rice with additional teriyaki sauce, if desired.
