Easy Dip For Puerto Rican Tostones. We as in me and my boyfriend love doing this after making some tostones. Simple,yet taste so good.

1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Steps:

  • Use large Bowl.
  • Add All ingredients into bowl.
  • Whip using a fork.
