Steps:
- Combine in large bowl, the drained and rinsed kidney bean to the drained yellow and green beans. Add the onion and green pepper to the bean mixture.
- In separate small bowl, add the oil, vinegar, sugar and tarragon; mix thoroughly. Pour over bean mixture, mix well.
- Refrigerate for six hours. Stir before serving.
