After reading up on this delight it turns out that the real key in all this

the bread. Forget trying to bake it yourself or find it in a store. There's probably only one place that makes it in the world and its located in some small store front
buried in some ally we'll never find. So Forget It!

This is what I remember In some kind of Italian bread are 2 grilled Hotdogs, grilled onions, grilled peppers with some kind of potato french fry, topped with ketchup and yellow mustard. Hope you try it some day and think of 1974.
