Steps:
- Brown ground meat and drain. Add taco seasoning and cook according to instructions.
- While that is simmering, in a large pot, add the cans of soups. Have this on a medium to low heat. After the cheese is hot, then add the milk and stir with a wire whisk.
- Cube the Velveeta Cheese and add to cheese and milk. Stir continuously, so that the cheese will not stick. After all the Velveeta cheese is melted, take this off of the heat.
- Drain all juice from meat and add to the cheese mixture. Sir well and use a ladle to dip this over the tortilla chips, adding peppers to taste.
