Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Meanwhile, in large pot, combine potatoes with enough salted water to cover. Bring to boil; cook until tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain; add to standing mixer bowl. In microwave-safe measuring cup, microwave milk and butter on High in 30-second intervals until butter melts. Add milk & butter mixture, onion dip, salt and pepper to potatoes. Mash with standing mixer until they are the desired consistency. Transfer to baking dish. Bake until golden, 15-20 minutes.
