THANKSGIVING BUTTERNUT SQUASH CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

For squash
24oz frozen or 1.5 lbs fresh butternut squash puree
4 Tbl butter
2 eggs
s&p
For Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbl softened butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Cook the squash,butter s&p until hot. Add eggs, mix well and pour into casserole. At this point you can ref. until ready to use. Combine topping ingr. and sprinkle on top. Bake 30 min at 350.
