TATER TOTS®, Bacon & Egg Casserole image

You can probably tell from the name that this cheesy bacon and egg casserole is going to be your new favorite TATER TOTS hot dish!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pkg. (30 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
8 eggs
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
8 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Spread TATER TOTS onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Whisk eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl until blended. Stir in sour cream. Add bacon; mix well. Pour over TATER TOTS.
  • Bake 45 min. or until heated through. Top with cheese; bake 10 min. or until melted. Sprinkle with onions just before serving.
