TASTE OF SUMMER SALAD image

Yield 4 servings as an entree -- 8 as a side dish

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 8 oz. package of elbow macaroni
1 can tuna in water (broken up into small pieces)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
The following vegetables minced:
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup green onion
1/4 cup red radish
Salt & pepper to taste
Garnish:
2 sliced hard boiled eggs
paprika

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well in the large pot the pasta was cooked in. Salt and pepper to taste. Decorate with hard boiled eggs and sprinkling of paprika. Can be prepared one day ahead.
