Seeing a lot of good barbecued rib recipes for the pot, so I thought I'd revamp my own recipe to be made in the instant pot! I finish these in the oven to help set the sauce.

Steps:
- Cut Slab of ribs into quarters and place in a zip lock freezer bag.
- Pour dressing over top. Seal bag, pressing out as much air as possible.
- Set on a plate and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or over night if you're able!
- Place ribs in your instant pot and pour in marinade and 1 c. water.
- Cover and lock the lid. Make sure the steam releasing handle is pointing to sealing.
- Set to high pressure for 30 minutes.
- While ribs are cooking in instant pot, add all sauce ingredients to a small sauce pan and simmer over medium heat on the stove top for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Extra sauce can be refrigerated in a sealed container for later use)
- Press CANCEL on the Instant Pot.
- Use quick release. Be sure pressure is completely released before you open the pot.
- transfer your ribs to a foil or parchment lined baking sheet. Discard marinade liquid.
- Brush with sauce and broil for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, flip ribs and brush with more sauce; Broil for another 5 minutes. You can also finish these the same way on the grill!
- Serve!
