sweet sticky chicken bites image

A quick chicken dish that I serve with white rice, so yummy. Great for when you don't have much time to cook. Also great as an appetizer, just stick a toothpick into each chicken bite.

Categories     Chicken

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
2 tablespoon(s) honey
1/4 cup(s) light soy sauce
1 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
2 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
2 tablespoon(s) hot sauce
4 - chicken breatst, skinless, boneless, cut into cubes or strips
1 tablespoon(s) canola oil

Steps:

  • In bowl, mix together all ingredients except chicken. Mix well. Lightly salt and pepper the chicken pieces.
  • Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Brown all chicken pieces, ( may have to do in batches.) Pour sauce over chicken and simmer 10 mins.
