Yield Makes approximately 6 -8 ( 8 oz) jars of relish
Number Of Ingredients 6
Steps:
- Chop peppers and onions. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes and drain. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Pour immediately into clean hot jars (8 oz) and seal. Put sealed jars in hot water bath for 10 minutes. This insures a good seal. Ready to eat in about a week.
