1 cup cooked long-grain brown rice, chilled
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup edamame (shelled)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced baby English cucumbers
2 Tbsp. pickled ginger
1/4 cup cocktail peanuts, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing

Steps:

  • Spoon rice into 2 medium bowls.
  • Top with avocados, edamame, carrots, cucumbers and ginger as shown in photo. Sprinkle with nuts.
  • Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
