Steps:
- Thaw shrimp either in fridge overnight, or in colander with cool water running over it; when thawed, rinse and drain, then set aside. Pull tails off if still on.
- In saucepan, heat Good Seasons Dressing on medium heat. Add celery, garlic, onion, carrot, salt and pepper - saute until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add green pepper, and continue cooking until pepper is tender-crisp. Add diced tomatoes, parsley, Creole seasoning, tomato sauce and 1/4 cup of water. Stir. Reduce heat to medium low, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until shrimp is pink & cooked. Serve over rice.
