Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Put roast in 13x9 baking pan and arrange carrots and potatoes around it. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix evenly over all.
- 2. Mix 1/2 can water with mushroom soup and pour over all. Cover with aluminum foil
- 3. Cook for 4 hours and enjoy.
