Steps:
- Mix cream cheese, pudding mix, lemon gelatin until smooth. Add lemon juice, lemon rind, milk, and mix till blended. Stir in Cool Whip.
- Pour in crust, and spread thin layer of Cool Whip on top.
- Chill at least 2 hours.
