Sugar Free Ice Cream image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pint(s) heavy cream
1/4 cup(s) water
5 - egg yolks
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla
2 tablespoon(s) sweetener (stevia or splenda)

Steps:

  • Whip the cream until firm. Beat the last 4 ingredients until thoroughly mixed and blend into the whipped cream.
  • Freeze in small containers.
