Number Of Ingredients 10

3 cup(s) ice
1 1/2 cup(s) fresh or frozen strawberries, if fresh, remove stems
12 ounce(s) can club soda
1/3 cup(s) mint syrup, recipe follows
1/4 cup(s) loosely packed mint leaves
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
MINT SYRUP
3/4 cup(s) sugar
3/4 cup(s) water
1/2 teaspoon(s) mint extract

Steps:

Throw ice and drink ingredients into blender and blend until ice is crushed and asll is well mixed and frozen.
MINT SYRUP:Stir sugar and water into small saucepan and boil for 2 minutes. Cool and then add mint extract and stir.
