Steps:
- Combine pretzels, sugar, and butter. Press into 9 x 12 pan. Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes. Cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel layer.
- Mix Jell-O and 1 3/4 cups hot water, until Jell-O dissolves. Add strawberries. Let it set for a few minutes. Pour over second layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
