Stove top Custard image

Very easy to make

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 - eggs
2 cup(s) milk
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 pinch(es) salt
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

Steps:

  • mix all together, pour into custard cups. sprinkle with nutmeg & cinnamon on top.
  • put custard cups in deep frying pan on stove top. fill 3/4 up sides of cups with water.
  • turn on high, when water comes to boil, turn off. put tight fitting lid on pan, let set till cool Done
