Steps:
- heat sesame oil
- stir fry garlic and ginger
- stir fry shrimp and take out when cooked
- steam broccoli in microwave
- stir fry broccoli, carrot, baby corn, scallions,
- add cashews
- add shrimp and sauce (water, hoisin, soy, red pepper flakes... consider adding some cornstarch to thicken... whisk it)
- serve with farro and/or rice
