STEVE'S LITTLE ITALY SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 - 12 oz package spiral pasta
3/4 - C wine vinegar
1/2 - C salad oil
2/3 - C sugar
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1 large onion chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
10 slices crisp fried bacon, coarsely crumbled
1 T chopped pimeinto
1 jalapeno pepper chopped

Steps:

  • Cook pasta using package directions; drain. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, and dressing mix in small bowl. beat with wire wisk. Mix pasta, onion, green pepper, bacon, piniento, and jalepeno in salad bowl. Pour prepared derssing over salad; toss well to coat. chill, covered in refrigerator overnight.
