Steel Cut Oatmeal Energy Bites image

Steel cut oatmeal energy bites are an easy, 5 ingredient, healthy treat to make. Satisfy that late afternoon hunger with these simple & delicious no bake energy bites made with wholesome steel cut oats, coconut, honey, peanut butter, and chocolate chips.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup quick steel cut oats
1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together until combined.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, or your hands, roll into 1" balls. Or smaller depending on what size you want.
  • These can be eaten right away or place in the fridge for about an hour.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge.
