Steps:
- You need a steaming rack for this. Boil hot water in large pot or wok, large enough to hold whole fish without bending it. 2. When water is boling put in steamer-1 inch about the water. Oil the steamer. 3. Put fish on steamer; cover and steam about 10 minutes, or more, Check w/fork for doneness. Remove from wok, drain and decorate w/ spring onion. Keep hot. 4. Heat small frying pan. Add oil and turn to medium. Brown garlic and discard. Add ginger, when light brown, add mushrooms. Then add group C. Stir well and pour sauce and oil on fish. Serve immediately with rice.
