Steps:
- Place dough in tart pan, poke fork holes and put in oven at 190° for 10-15 min
- Heat olive oil, add red onion for 8 min, till soft
- Add asparagus, salt and pepper for 8 min., put to cool
- Mix eggs with half and half and orange zest
- Take out tart dough, first add cheese, then asparagus mix, then egg mix
- Bake for 35-30 min.
