Steps:
- Place pine nuts in a dry, nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant and golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and transfer to a food processor.
- Add basil, oil, Parmesan cheese, spirulina paste, salt, and garlic to the food processor; puree until you have a thick paste of desired consistency.
