1 cup parmesan cheese
10 ounces chopped spinach (frozen or cooked fresh)
2/3 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons garlic
1 cup cream cheese
14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
4 bagels, split
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Combine parmesan, spinach, sour cream, garlic, cream cheese, artichokes and mayo until well combined.
  • Slather onto split bagels.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in 350 degree F oven for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melty, browned and bubbling.
