SPICY CRAB CAKES image

Yield 16 crab cakes

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/3 c green onions, chopped fine
2-3 T Red/yellow bell peppers, diced
1 egg beaten
1/2 C bread crumbs
1 tspn dried mustard
1/4 tspn cayenne pepper
1 tspn seafood seasoning (Old Bay)
1 T lemon juice
2-3 T mayo or whipping cream

Steps:

  • Combine all above with 1 lb lump crab meat (Phillips) to make 16 crab cakes. Roll in Parmesan Flavored Bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil till cooked
