Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and spices; mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely in pan.
- Meanwhile, microwave COOL WHIP and semi-sweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl 1 min.; stir. Microwave 30 sec. to 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool until thickened.
- Pour glaze over brownie; spread to evenly cover brownie. Refrigerate 30 min. or until glaze is firm. Use foil handles to lift brownie from pan before cutting to serve.
