Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
3 cups Special K® crispy rice cereal
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
3 eggs
1 cup canned, diced stewed tomatoes, drained
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

1. In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Press mixture lightly in 9 1/4 x 5 1/4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.2. Bake at 350°F about 1 1/2 hours or until tested done. Let stand about 5 minutes before turning out. Serve immediately upside down.
