SPAGHETTI WITH TUNA AND LEMON image

can of tuna
1/2 lb spaghetti
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 T grated lemon zest
1-2 t lemon juice
4 t minced garlic
2 t capers
6 kalamata olives, quartered
salt, pepper
2 T chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Flake tuna with juices. Cook pasta. Heat olive oil, add onions, stir in lemon zest and other ingredients, tuna last. Toss with parsley, salt and pepper.
