- In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, chili powder, 1 cup cheese, onion and 1 cup corn chips. Pour into a 2-qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375 ° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon sour cream over casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup corn chips. Return to oven and bake, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
