Number Of Ingredients 12

1 18 oz. pkg silken extra soft tofu
1 chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped kimchee (Korean style) OR
1 cup bottle chopped kimchee (American style) + 1 t. fish sauce
2 cans veggie stock
1 bunch chopped green onion
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 t. sesame oil
black pepper
Korean ground red pepper
1 T. soy sauce
Enoki mushrooms

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oil in pot and saute veggies and kimchee. 2. Reduce heat and add veggie broth, red pepper, soy sauce, black pepper, and tofu. Boil for 45 min. 4. Top with enoki mushrooms. Serve with white rice.
