Steps:
- Either soft boil or poach 2 eggs, leaving yolk runny.
- While the eggs are cooking, crumble 3 or 4 Ritz Crackers in a bowl, add butter.
- Add eggs when done and mix together. You may have to add more Ritz to make it thicker.
