Steps:
- Preparation time: 14 minutes Baking time: 15-25 minutes Preheat over at 180o C. Combine the butter (soft butter at room temperature will be easier to handle) with the suggar until you get a homogeneus white-ish mix and the sugar is visibly disolved. Add the eggs one by one and mix until uniform. Add the flour slowly. Very important to mix without whisking to keep the spongy texture. Ready the paper cups (the spanish ones require preparation) and add the mix. You can also use a brownie like baking tin. Once the oven is ready, put the sobaos in a let them bake. The time will depend on the size of the pastries. They'll be ready once they have a golden color and they pass the toothpick test (if you inset a toothpick or a knife it comes out clean) Let them cooldown at room temperature
