Steps:
- Coat meat evenly with flour. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Place in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
- Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add vegetables and garlic; cook 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add broth; stir. Bring to boil; cook 1 min., stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet.
- Pour vegetable mixture over meat in slow cooker; top with pasta sauce. Add bay leaves; cover. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
- Remove and discard bay leaves. Drizzle lemon juice over meat; sprinkle with parsley.
