1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 lb. cooked cleaned medium shrimp, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
8 slices white sandwich bread, toasted
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices

Steps:

  • Mix mayo, lemon juice, seafood seasoning and Worcestershire sauce until blended.
  • Combine shrimp, celery and onions in medium bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.
  • Fill toast slices with lettuce, tomatoes and shrimp mixture to make 4 sandwiches.
