- 1. IN A SMALL PAN MELT BUTTER N SAUTÉ SHALLOTS FOR 2 -3 MINUTES...U CAN ADD A PINCH OF RED PEPPER FLAKES IF U WANT (IF I HAD SOME WHITE WINE I WOULDV ADDED A SPLASH AT THIS POINT BUT I DIDNT...NEXT TIME FOR SURE) :(. N THEN SET ASIDE.
- 2. MAKE PASTA ALDENTE N DRAIN n ADD SHRIMP ( IF USING RAW SHRIMP IT WILL COOK SLIGHTLY AT THIS POINT)...SET ASIDE.
- 3. PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 IN A LARGE BOWL MIX TOGETHER PASTA n SHRIMP, SPINACH, SAUTED SHALLOTS, RICOTTA, CREAM, 1/2 CUP OF PARM CHEESE, LEMON PEPPER, SALT, CHPD PARSLEY.
- 4. SPOON MIXTURE INTO SMALL CASSEROLE DISH...I USED 2 SMALL ONES (FOR HUBBY N MYSELF)...SPRINKLE ON EXTRA PARMESAN CHEESE N BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES.
- 5. ENJOY.....D E L I C I O U S ;)
