Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA®, Chicken & Potatoes image

The potatoes and melted Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA are probably enough to get you to try this 30-minute chicken skillet. But just to be safe, we added bacon!

4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA, cut into 4 thin slices
6 cups ORE-IDA Potatoes O'Brien, thawed

Steps:

  • Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings from skillet.
  • Add chicken to skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add potatoes to skillet; cook and stir 7 to 9 min. or until heated through.
  • Crumble bacon; stir into potatoes. Top with chicken and cheese; cover. Cook 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
