SHARON'S COFFEE CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 package yellow cake mix (preferably pudding-in-mix kind)
2 small vanilla INSTANT pudding mixes
1 cup water
4 eggs
1/2 cup veg oil
2 t vanilla

Steps:

  • Mix together 1/2 c sugar and 2t cinnamon in small bowl and set aside. Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Lightly grease 12 cup bundt pan. Pour half of cake mix in pan. Sprinkle half of sugar mixture on top and then repeat. Bake at 300 for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes, then turn out.
