Shake a Leg Chicken Dinner image

1 lb red potatoes, cut into wedges
2 cups whole baby carrots
2 cups green beans
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pkg (6 oz.) Shake 'N Bake Original Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix
4 chicken leg/thigh quarters

Steps:

  • TOSS potatoes, carrots and green beans with dressing. Place in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  • MIX cheese with coating mix. Coat chicken according to pkg. directions. Place on top of vegetables.
  • BAKE at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle vegetables with additional parmesan cheese.
