Sgroppino (with Limoncello) image

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 pint Lemon Sorbet
6 ounces Cold Prosecco
4 ounces Cold Vodka or Limoncello (or half of each)

Steps:

  • 1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend just to combine, not to liquefy
  • 2. Place in container and place in freezer until frozen, but not hard, approx. 30 mins
  • 3. Serve in coupe glasses
