Sesame Roasted Brussel Sprouts image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups Brussel Sprouts
1 1/2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil
1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 F / 200 C.
  • Rinse and cut Brussel Sprouts in quarters.
  • In a large bowl, toss with toasted sesame oil, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until caramelized, flipping half-way through. Transfer to a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • Store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
