Steps:
- First: start 2 qt. saucepan with the water for the rice, 1 t. oil/butter, sprinkle of salt,bring to a boil, add rice,and saffron turn to simmer,20 minutes. Second: The Fish: Season the portions with the seasoned salt. Set aside. Make salad. Prep veggies, use fry pan a little olive oil, 1 T water (or the butter) and steam. ENJOY. Anne in ST.
